This short series explores the premise that leadership is about influence and that achieving great influence goes hand-in-hand with possessing the ability to be influenced and to follow - accepting new ideas, learning, and growing - more specifically learning to follow the Holy Spirit. Pastor Allen shares we can have absolute assurance that our willingness to follow God’s Spirit elicits a response from Him. To that end, he conveys a few simple tools that should become well-worn components of our spiritual toolkit - faith, repentance, humility, respect for Him, faithfulness, and cooperating with and yielding to the Spirit of God. We want to do everything we can to encourage, nourish, and nurture those behaviors so that our lives might bring even greater honor and glory to the Lord.
